CHIE IMAI Dress Tailor-made services is a service we offer to tailor make your dresses from our dress collections.
Precise measurements and basting stitches are required. We ask customers who would like to have tailor-made dresses to schedule an appointment at our store to have measurements taken.
Our Tailor-Made Services Step by Step | Online Booking
- A toile is a prototype or fitting version of a garment that is made up in an inexpensive fabric so that the design can be tested and perfect.
- Applicable extra charges may apply to the major design alteration from the original design and/ or the order of extremely oversized garment. Allow us to take some pictures of you to make accurate and precise paper patterns and your toile.
- Your order requires approximately three (3) months to deliver from the date of your initial visit to our store
- Signing the receipt of the shipped product is considered as the completion of your order. If additional alteration is required for the product you receive, bring the product in person to one of our stores within 40 days after the merchandise left our atelier. If the delivery takes more than ten (10) days, we will consider the delay to accommodate you for the alteration.
Prices
Appointment fee of ¥33,000 will be applied toward the total payment for your order. It is the special online price. Appointment fee for regular walk- in is ¥55,000.
